- Training needs analysis for all trainees: This stage involves identification of the job requirements and the worker’s current level of competencies in order to identify skill gaps.
- Design of a tailor-made Training Plan including a clear definition of learning objectives, necessary training actions, appropriate training methodology, detailed teaching plans, selection of trainers, accurate evaluation criteria, etc.
- Evaluation of training results both during and after the course plus evaluation to check learning transference to the workplace.
