Professionals who have to act in matters representing risks to Health and Safety or the Environmental sometimes have to make ‘complicated’ decisions involving serious negative consequences. This is why we offer a service which accompanies the business in training its staff in the workplace by providing a modal of the behaviour or competence required in each situation (for example, how to act in the event of an emergency or what decision to take when faced with a new risk).
The coaching service can be provided at the final stage of the training process or to complement the provision of a developed technical service (for example, risk management or emergency planning)
