Evaluation of Training Results

Evaluation of the training activities is as important as the training itself and its aim is to provide further improvements in the training process.

This service can be carried out at a number of different levels, depending on the client’s wishes.

  • Feedback:
    • Trainee satisfaction. We monitor this both during and after the course through the use of feedback forms, group interviews, and so on
    • Client satisfaction. We monitor the satisfaction of the client who contracted our services through the use of questionnaires, post-course meetings and so on.
  • By analysing the responses we receive, we are able to decide on any actions necessary to further improve the service.
    • Learning: Post-course measurement of newly acquired knowledge enables us to check that the desired level of learning has been achieved during the training process.
    • Behaviour: Analysis of the degree of learning transference in order to check application of new knowledge, skills or attitude in the trainees’ posts in the workplace. This is accomplished through the use of web evaluation tools, interviews, on-site testing, simulation exercises, observations, and so on.
    • ROI or Return On Investment: an operative costs and benefits study applied to specific training plans to guarantee optimum-level management of training investment.
