- Preparation of training methods and activities: the use of sound teaching principles to design training methods and activities for the complete training process. This includes careful consideration of learning objectives and the characteristics of the trainees.
- Development of training methodology.
- Design of detailed training plans.
- Development of training techniques and resources to be employed (role plays, case studies, simulation exercises, the internet, videos, games and so on)
- Preparation of trainer manuals to provide detailed written guidance on the entire teaching process involved in the training.
