Training for Trainers

print

The current view of training as a active, dynamic process in which the trainer facilitates and promotes learning makes it necessary to design training events for training professionals who wish to acquire and practise necessary new skills.

To address these needs and to ensure that trainees play an active role in the teaching-learning process, we teach trainers different methods of presenting course content involving exercises, demonstrations, challenges and other activities which actively involve trainees and awaken their interest in the content of the training course.

Our goal is to assist trainers by showing them how to focus trainees’ attention on the core learning points and what they can do to help trainees fully understand and assimilate these points. To accomplish this, we teach training professionals in the use of diverse teaching techniques which can be adapted to suit different types of courses, content, audiences, objectives and so on.

Our services are designed for trainers who need guidance in teaching both classroom training and/or e-learning.

Two types of training for trainers are available:

  • Courses aimed at the provision of general training processes, where we teach general training skills that can be applied to any course content.
  • Courses aimed at learning how to teach specific training courses, where on top of general training skills we also teach specific skills, techniques and methods. All our courses are adapted to suit the course content with which the trainer wishes to work.
