ITSEMAP

The risk management department has been working in collaboration with MAPFRE Empresas for more than 20 years to achieve both risk reduction in insured companies and an improvement in staff technical knowledge.

We have collaborated with Mapfre Re. in a similar fashion and have prepared and delivered training for their ceding companies in more than twenty countries. This training was delivered in Spanish in Latin American countries such as Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Venezuela, the Dominican Republic, Colombia, Ecuador and Panama. It was provided in English in countries such as Rumania, Poland, China, Turkey, The Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, Jordan, and so on.

Finally, the publication of more than fifty safety guides and handbooks and our participation in a wide range of insurance and safety forums provide further evidence of our expert knowledge of business risk management.
