Obtaining continually updated information about the progress of lengthy construction work projects. This permits advance detection of problems affecting both the damage insurance cover and ALOP (Advance Loss of Profits).

Preventative actions designed to give both the client and the insurer sufficient room for manoeuvre in decision-making about corrective measures. Particular attention is paid to:

• The degree to which project plan timeframes are being complied with.
  
• General safety conditions during the different work phases.
